What a spectacular class! I always love courses with Charlie Glickman, he's such a talented and welcoming educator. Caroline Carrington completely blew me away with her gravitas and dynamism. The way she was able to move energy between her and Charlie was incredible. The whole class was enraptured. We were one in breath, in bliss, and in orgasm.

I didn't think it was possible, but I learned some phenomemal new techniques that I am looking forward to sharing with my lovers. I'll tell you a secret, it's not all in the wrist ;)
